Xero Subscription Invoice Email Scam

We have recently seen some fake Xero subscription invoice emails being sent out by scammers. Just a reminder that a genuine Xero subscription invoice email will be addressed to your billing contact name, not to “Dear Client” or another generic greeting. It will also be sent from subscription.notifications@xero.com and will only link you to pages on xero.com (in.xero.com, help.xero.com etc). Please see sample of Scam email below:
